I spend a lot of time reporting problems ( very often potholes and poor road conditions ) direct to officers and am very happy and prepared to continue to do that, so keep them coming.
However, any member of the public can do that direct to Devon County by going on line at “Devon County Council….Report a Problem.” Potholes are one section, and it really is easy to use….Let me know how you get on.
