I received a letter today from an Aller resident expressing ” great disappointment and concern that the opening up of the top of Aller Brake Road has been done with no discernible sense behind the construction.” Much more followed, the vast majority of which I could readily agree with.
The resident concludes by saying, “As my elected representative I expect pressure from you to be brought to bear in order for the nonsense with regard to this junction to be sorted out”.
I am always pleased to receive communications from residents, and I sincerely hope that all know that. However, it amazes me that any local resident still does not know of my consistent opposition to the design of the junction in question and to the impact it is having on many residents.
That said, I was able to reply and outline some of what I have been trying to do…..is there any one else who doesn’t know my position on this or any other issue of importance to them, because I will be only too pleased to explain.
