The following lists illustrate what is required to help those in need anywhere in the world. Please bring to the race course any Thursday afternoon between 2 and 4 pm ( not race days)

Nuts and dried fruit

Sanitary pads
Adult incontinence pads
Toiletries
Basic medical supplies ( paracetamol, bandages etc)
Small Toys
…and finally…any partially used medical supplies such as half used tubes of, or tablets, the sort of thing you might take back to a pharmacy as unused medical supplies. Doctors are working in dreadful conditions with virtually no or very limited resources. and have asked for this sort of thing…obviously they need to know what it is, so please leave name of product.
