The first disruptions to the waste collection service are announced today.
They are as follows…..
Black Bin ( Refuse) Higher Brimley and Manaton area.
Recycling.parts of Kingsteignton, Starcross, Powderham and parts of Kenton and Wolborough Hill area of Newton Abbot.
Garden Waste. no collections today.
Clinical Waste. All collected as usual.
These interruptions to service are very much regretted and council is doing all it can to overcome the problem, which is caused by a lack of manpower.
It may well be of course that the situation will get significantly worse before we see any improvement/
Please keep your bins and boxes out ready for collection as every effort is being made to get to you.
