I have been trying to coordinate a council clean up of the graffiti strewn walls of the Penn Inn subways, and a re paint with anti graffiti paint. While I am pleased that the power spray clean is organised for 6 am tomorrow (Friday) morning, I am still trying desperately to fix a re paint at the same time. I am trying to get the two authorities to talk to each other and agree a cost, and therefore to do the two jobs at the same time. As things stand the walls will be cleaned, providing the morons with another clean wall to muck up, but not painted. While anti graffiti paint is more expensive than the ordinary type, I believe that high profile walk ways such as the Penn Inn subways should be properly protected.
